A blank slate
The electrician came in over the weekend and gave me some bonus track lights, a few extra outlets, and....drumroll.....a dimmer switch! I don't think i've ever been this excited about electrical work before. Now all that's left is getting the window fixed and the floor refinished.
In the meantime, the ceiling in the room below (our tv room) is going to need to be replaced, so we moved all the furniture out and it's stacked in the dining room. The admiral found a new high place to nap.
