The other day, I checked out the space at as220 to get dimensions of the space so I can figure out how much work I need. There is a lot of space. I'm starting to feel anxious just thinking about it.
My thought was to really go nuts with wallpaper and paint and wall drawings and the like. Although unfortuately there are some limitations, since it is also used as a performance space. I'm almost regretting the decision to use the downstairs space vs. the upstairs. There more freedom to have 3-D objects there, although downstairs gets a lot more exposure. So I guess everything has its pros and cons.
Anyway I'm rethinking the whole "going nuts" idea, since I'm going to need to spend all my time just getting enough work ready by August.
